Janine Elliot has written 51 albums over the last 30 years; a number of tracks have been used as film and tv tracks and radio sig. tunes. The 50th album "Get Over It" is available

for purchase at Amazon and playback on iTunes, Deezer, Spotify and other web playback sites. Her latest album "Boxed In" is being released by Universal Music!

Janine Elliot began playing the piano from the very early age of 4 at nursery school; coming home having heard a pianist playing to all the children at the school and then playing the pieces by ear immediately on her own piano.

It became obvious that she should start having piano lessons which she did at Watford School of Music; winning a major scholarship at the age of 10 allowing free piano, viola, and singing lessons, plus learning oboe at St Albans School of Music. Coming from poor childhood this secured her music training which was to be the backbone of her career and life. Indeed, she went on to study for B.Mus and later M.A in electro-acoustic music at Birmingham University, plus a career at BBC Radio, working for Radio 3 plus Radio 4, 2, 6Music and 5Live. She left her first career after 25 years to start teaching music firstly within schools and then at a Music School.

She has won numerous competitions, being SPNM composer of the Year 1994 and winning music compositions around the world, including Bourges International Electroacoustic Music Festival. She has performed keyboard and violin with a number of internationally famous musicians and pop groups.

     Janine performed a successful piano recital on June 24th 2017 in Luton. With a wide variety of classical, jazz and popular music, plus a music quiz and involving a member of the audience to help perform a work, she received many kind words and helped raise money for a church charity. Comments about her performance included;

She is amazing, breathtakingly brilliant, terrific, scintillating, excellent, Glorious music, calming. Why isn't she famous! Thank you!

She is available for solo recitals and performances. Please contact her at the link below;
